Shipping & Delivery

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, which confirms your order number, item purchased and shipping address.
Please be patient if your order confirmation isn’t delivered to your inbox straight away – it can take a couple of hours. Please ensure that you’re checking the correct email address you used to purchase your products with and check it hasn’t been filtered into your spam/junk mail.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which outlines all shipping details including your tracking number.
Leptin Premium by Smart Sense Group Limited ensures the delivery of the product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address at time of order, Leptin Premium by Smart Sense Group Limited shall be in no way liable or required to issue a refund or send out a new product to the correct address. Leptin Premium by Smart Sense Group Limited does not take responsibility for stolen packages once they have been labeled “Delivered” by the post office carrier.

We ship to all countries except: South America countries, Dominican Republic, Mauritius, Kenya, Nigeria, Botswana, Senegal, Zimbabwe, Azerbaijan Republic, Madagascar, French Guiana, Martinique, New Caledonia, Barbados, Zambia, Bahrain, Oman, China, Slovenia, Serbia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Germany, Czech Republic.

Local Duty & Tax Charges

We cannot guarantee that your country will not impose custom fees on your order. Whilst most of the time all our products do not attract custom fees it is the responsibility of the customer to check if any charges will be applicable at the time of order. If customs fees are due at the time of pick up, the customer is responsible for these charges.

Returns and Refunds

We offer 30 days return policy for any reason. If you have simply changed your mind and would like to return your products you must do so within 30 days of placing your order.
All products must be:
• Unopened and in saleable condition
• Unused with all original packaging
• Returned to us with any gift or bonus received with the merchandise (if applicable)
Please contact us with your proof of purchase and we will provide you with the best return address based on your location. Note return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for all change of mind returns.

Payment will be refunded only once we received the goods and check its condition.

Cancellations

You must send us a cancellation notice within two hours of your order to ensure that we have not already shipped it out. Your order will only be refunded if you have not sent us your cancellation notice within this time.
All cancellation notices must be emailed to service@smartsenseltd.com with the subject “Order Cancellation”.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Change of addresses must be submitted within 2 hours of ordering. All change of address requests must be emailed to service@smartsenseltd.com with the subject “Change of Address”.
Refunds will not be made after the product has been shipped and sent to the address that the customer has specified on their order. Leptin Premium by Smart Sense Group Limited ensures the delivery of the product to the address submitted at the time of purchase.
Should the customer fail to give the correct address and not notify Leptin Premium by Smart Sense Group Limited within 2 hours of ordering then Leptin Premium by Smart Sense Group Limited shall be in no way liable or required to issue a refund or send out another item.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your package has been delivered in an unsatisfactory condition, you have 10 business days to send us an email explaining and showing with photos how the items are damaged.
Send all requests to service@smartsenseltd.com with the subject “Faulty Items’. We will respond within 5 business days with an outcome. If approved refunds will be given using your original payment method.
